First of all, thank you very much for your kind answer. Just after posting the question I just realized that it was Service Pack 3 for Microsoft Office, and not Windows, but I didn't know how to delete the question. Finally, I had to install Service Pack 1 manually since it didn't do it automatically, but everything is ok now.
There is no Service Pack 2 for Windows 7. In May 2016 MS released an update roll-up package. This just bundles together Windows updates released after service pack 1 through April 2016 to simplify updating Windows 7 installations or re-installations. There is no official service pack 2 but Microsoft had recently released a rollup that had all post SP1 updates: Microsoft releases roll-up package for windows 7 that contains all post Service pack 1 updates
Interestingly, when I installed Office 2003 on a new Windows 11 computer, I expected to have to find a way to download the Compatibility Pack, but the first time I tried to open a .docx, it just did it! (With a message, occasionally, but it did/does open it.)
.. none of those links will take you to an SP2 service pack download for Windows 7 because there ISN'T an SP2 service pack for Windows 7.. YET.. Windows 10 Pro - Start10 - part of a local network which is a '3rd party optimizer-free' zone..
It depends what type of license you have: Download Windows 7 Disc Images (ISO Files) - Microsoft. Microsoft doesn't supply them for OEM preinstalled licenses (Dell, HP, etc.).
