Mamie Lake is an inland lake located in Land o' Lakes, Vilas County, Wisconsin. It is one of the main lakes on the ten lake Cisco Chain of Lakes. The lake is in both Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. It is 10 ft (3.0 m) deep and covers 376 acres (152 ha).
It has a surface area of about 93 acres, [2] and is located just south of Big Muskellunge Lake, in Vilas County in the Northern Highland region of Wisconsin. The nearest community is Sayner, about 5 miles to the east. Visitors have access to the lake from a public boat landing, public beaches and the Northern Highland-American Legion State Forest.
Along the lake's western and southern shores lies the city of Menomonie, the central business district of which is located at the far southern end of the lake, near the dam which forms it. There are multiple public parks, trails, beaches, and boat landings along the lake's shoreline.
