The Cape Henlopen School District (CHSD) is a public school district in Sussex County, Delaware in the United States. The district is based in an unincorporated area with a Lewes postal address, [3] and serves the Cape Region in eastern Sussex County. Cape Henlopen School District was established in 1969.
In 1975, Frederick moved to Delaware to become head track coach and assistant football coach at Cape Henlopen High School in Sussex County. [3] He served ten years in track, leading the team to outdoor Division II state championships in 1976 and 1978 and indoor state championships in 1984 and 1985. [ 3 ]
