William Russell Walker (born 25 May 1944) has been a general authority of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) since 2002. Walker was born to J. Harris and Beth Russell Walker in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, and raised in Raymond. [1] As a young man, he was a LDS Church missionary in Japan.
