During the course of the programme, 65 episodes of Bless This House aired over six series, between 2 February 1971 and 22 April 1976. [1] Four days after Bless This House ended with the 13th and final-ever episode of the sixth series, Sid James died from a heart attack after collapsing while on stage at the Sunderland Empire Theatre, aged 62.

Betty Diana Coupland (5 March 1928 [1] – 10 November 2006), billed as Diana Coupland, was an English actress and singer, best remembered for her role, which she played from 1971 to 1976, in the sitcom Bless This House, as Jean Abbott, wife of Sid James's character Sid.
The Full House creator, who appears in the documentary, explains that he bought the house for $4 million in 2016, with the intention of using it to film Fuller House.
He would then have roles in television series' including Dixon of Dock Green, Public Eye, The Main Chance and Bless This House, and in a deleted scene from the film Brother Sun, Sister Moon (1972). Askwith also starred in a string of horror films: Tower of Evil (1972), The Flesh and Blood Show (1973) and Horror Hospital (1973).
