Hot Tub Time Machine is a 2010 American science-fiction comedy film directed by Steve Pink and written by Josh Heald, Sean Anders, and John Morris.The film stars John Cusack, Rob Corddry, Craig Robinson, and Clark Duke as four men who accidentally time travel back to 1986 via a hot tub and must find a way to return to their own time.

Steve Pink (born February 3, 1966) is an American actor, director and writer. He is the director of the comedy films Accepted and Hot Tub Time Machine , and the co-writer of the films Grosse Pointe Blank and High Fidelity .
During his time at Wharton, Heald was the editor-in-chief of 34th Street magazine, and he briefly considered a career in journalism. Ultimately, he accepted a position in finance, [3] but was laid off during the Dot-com bust in 2001. He then joined Hurwitz and Schlossberg in Los Angeles, where he worked as a screenwriter. [3] [4]
