I'm using Firefox 54.0.1, uBO 1.13.8. I haven't added any filters or anything like that, all I have done is set it to no-popups: * true.
Beyond me sorry, I just tried and although I can come up with something to remove the videos they still autoplay from somewhere so you have the sound. Sadly each site implements these irritating videos differently. Hopefully someone will come across this and help, like I originally did trying to block the Daily Mail.
