I suggest you to left click on the Window key and see if you are able to see the Facebook app and right click on the app and click the uninstall option. If the above step doesn't help then press Windows key +I and select System then click Apps and features and click on the Facebook app and you will see an option to uninstall and see if It helps.

If you use the Facebook app from the Microsoft Store app, then open the Start Menu, find Facebook in the alphabetical Apps list, left click and drag it to the desktop.
