Boise High School is a public secondary school in Boise, Idaho, one of five traditional high schools within the city limits, four of which are in the Boise School District. A three-year comprehensive high school, Boise High is located on the outlying edge of the city's downtown business core.
On July 18, 1922, the school was issued its first broadcasting station license, with the call letters KFAU, assigned to "Boise High School, independent school district of Boise City". This authorized operation on both the 360 meter (833 kHz) "entertainment" wavelength and the 485 meter (619 kHz) "market and weather report" wavelength. [ 2 ]

Frank Church High School is an alternative public secondary school in Boise, Idaho, operated by the Boise School District. Opened in 2008, [2] it was formed from the merger of Mountain Cove High School and Fort Boise Mid High School. [3] It serves grades 9–12, with the majority of the enrollment in the upper grades. [4]
