I had already tried the Windows Updates, deleting the mouse and keyboard drivers (had not tried the USB driver), verified that both had the most recent Logitech firmware and ran the About My Dell software for any updates....but had not ran the Dell scanner utility.

In Devices and Printers, locate your Bluetooth Keyboard and right click on it. Click on "Properties" Click on the Tab "Services" and then tick the box "Drivers for keyboard, mice etc. (HID)". Click Apply and then OK. Your keyboard may reconnect on it's own or you might need to reconnect it manually, but see if it works now after you reconnect it.
I have a Logitech MK330 wireless keyboard + Mouse combo. When I type numbers with the number pad, it types numbers, but when I press the num lock and then attempt to use the arrow keys on the number pad, nothing happens. This is strange to me as the arrow keys on my previous keyboard would do what an arrow key would when the num lock was pressed.
