State Road 716 (SR 716), locally known as Port St. Lucie Boulevard or "PSL" Boulevard, is a 4.355-mile-long (7.009 km) east–west route through Port St. Lucie, Florida, extending from its western terminus at an interchange with Florida's Turnpike (SR 91) to an intersection with U.S. Route 1 (US 1 or SR 5), its eastern terminus.
The turnpike has two interchanges in Port St. Lucie, one at Becker Road (exit 138), the third SunPass-only exit, and SR 716 (exit 142), followed by the Port St. Lucie-Fort Pierce service plaza at mile marker 144.
County Road 615 is a southern extension of SR 615 along 25th Street, St. James Drive, and Airoso Boulevard, from CR 611 (Edwards Road) in Fort Pierce to SR 716 (Port St. Lucie Boulevard) in Port St. Lucie. County Road shields are nonexistent south of Edwards Road.
Providing access to the western portions of Port St. Lucie via five interchanges, I-95 eventually crosses over the turnpike a final time just north of the Midway Road interchange. Both freeways eventually go separate ways north of Fort Pierce; I-95 continues directly along the coast; Florida's Turnpike turns west toward Orlando.
