I literally had to go through 6 screens from the customer service page to get a call back which I do not want. I just want the phone number so I can call the number myself. I finally typed in “customer service phone number” and hopefully got the number I need.

It seems that any option at all to speak to a real person for help is ‘out of order’. I also can’t find where I could post a question, only to post answers, so please forgive me if I ask here. Why is it so hard to get some real rep person to chat with?😢 . I’m disabled and bedridden, and I live on Amazon Prime every day.

@Pamela Perfetti . I had to contact them this morning, and in addition to following the path CBRetriever laid out, in the chat window, after typing in my problem, I also typed, "I need to speak to a customer service representative" when none of the bot prompts had anything to do with my issue, and that appeared to work, as I was soon connected to an actual person.
