I would recommend Stop the Ped and Ultimate Backup, which can be found on Bejojo's website. On the lspdfr website you can get EUP for new outfits as well as ELS if you want to use ELS vehicles, but don't use Albo's mods they have some good additions for lspdfr, but sadly weren't updated in a long time and thus will just drop your fps to an unplayable amount.
