Baneshwor (Nepali: बानेश्वर) is the largest residential area of Kathmandu, Nepal. [ citation needed ] The area is composed of New-Baneshwor, Mid-Baneshwor, and Old-Baneshwor, Baneshwor Height, Minbhawan, Shankhamul, Bhimsengola and Thapa Gaun.
