The Boys' Brigade's former Campus at 105 Ganges Avenue. The Boys' Brigade was introduced to Singapore by James Milner Fraser, an architect from Britain. He was a former member of the 23rd Aberdeen and the 23rd London Companies. On 12 January 1930, Fraser started the 1st Singapore Company at Prinsep Street Presbyterian Church.
It acts as a bridge between boarders and the boarding school staff. The Boarders' Council is also responsible for the organization and planning of major events such as Investiture Dinner, National Day Celebrations, Year-End Dinner, Orientation and Chinese New Year. The first Boarders' Council was formed in 2001.
The Anderson Junior College Hostel was planned and construction commenced in 2009. The hostel was opened in 2012, [ 5 ] but has been permanently closed since 2019 as MOE announced that demand for boarding places continue to fall and there are fewer international students in schools in Singapore.

The 12-storey St. Andrew's Hall (SA Hall) is also located in Potong Pasir Campus. It is a co-educational residence (hostel) housing up to 600 students, and was officially opened on 25 August 2012. The Hall is under the management of the Board of Governors of St Andrew's Junior College and is also a member of the Anglican Diocese of Singapore.
