    Winrar is not known to cause a problem as long as you are downloading it from its official site i.e. rarlab. 7Z is another alternative. But it can only open rar archives but can't create one. Actually Microsoft Store offers many good alternatives. If you are afraid of downloading, then download through Microsoft Store.
