Swingin' is the second studio album by the American singer Dino. [3] It was released in 1990 by Island Records. [2] The album reached No. 82 on the Billboard 200. The album contains two singles, "Romeo", which reached No. 6 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, and "Gentle", which reached No. 31. [4] The former features rapper Doctor Ice.

In 1989, his debut album 24/7 was released, from which the singles "24/7," "I Like It", "Sunshine", and "Never 2 Much of U" were released. "In the City" was also released, but only as a 12-inch single for dance-club play.
It was re-released in 1988 after Dino had signed to 4th & B'way/Island/PolyGram Records, and reached a peak position of number 50 on the Billboard Hot 100. (These were released well before the album.) After the album was released in summer 1989, the title track, "24/7", peaked at number 42 on the Hot 100 and number 12 on the R&B chart.
