Not an ethnic or religious one. You can be ethnically Pashtun, Syed, Gujjar, Pahari, Kohistani, or Dardic, and be a Hindkowan. Almost half the Hindkowans today are ethnically Pashtun. Your reasoning here is akin to saying all English language speakers in North America today are historically the same people descending from the same ethnicity.
