Bad English was an American/British hard rock supergroup formed in 1987. It reunited Journey keyboardist Jonathan Cain with singer John Waite and bassist Ricky Phillips, his former bandmates in the Babys, along with Journey guitarist Neal Schon and drummer Deen Castronovo.
The group broke up in 1960. [1] Childress played country in the 1960s. A compilation LP was released by MCA Records in 1980, and European bootleg CD reissues were put out in the 1990s. The band members did occasional reunions in South Carolina into the 2000s. Joe Bennett served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War.

Rocketboy was an offshoot of the Covington band Steel Water, which included a line-up of several local musicians who performed together mainly at churches and private events.
