Samuel Bard House, currently owned by Evansburg State Park on Old Baptist Road, was built in 1832 by stonemason Samuel Bard and modeled after a Philadelphia row home with two windows on the second floor above the central door and a third single window. The house was sold to Andrew Dewees in 1824 and the barn was burned in 1969.
