Milford High School, a public secondary school in the Huron Valley School District, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades. It is located in Highland Township [4] [5] in Oakland County, Michigan. The school was founded in 1861. After over a century in Milford, the school moved to its present location in Highland Township in 1956.
Lakeland opened in 1975, and is in the Huron Valley School District. While the physical school itself opened in September 1975 (for the 1975–1976 school year), a separate class of "Lakeland High School" students attended Milford High School for one year (1974-1975), on a split schedule.
