Tomás Pedro Regalado y Valdez (born May 24, 1947) is a Cuban American politician and former broadcast journalist who has served as the property appraiser of Miami-Dade County since 2025. A member of the Republican Party , he previously served as the 42nd mayor of Miami from 2009 to 2017.
