Fitz tries to warn Mellie on Cyrus' plans but she does not believe him. Cyrus makes an ally out of Jake by promising a position once he takes over the presidency. Jake manages to convince Charlie to sign the confession, putting Mellie in the center of the scandal by threatening to harm his family.
