Go to your Xfinity Mobile account, get the order number, then go to FedEx tracking and Search by Reference pasting your order number in as the reference. You also need to fill in your country and your zip code and track.

Xfinity has REALLY dropped the ball on their esim rollout. I was a happy xfinity mobile customer before, but this experience has really soured me and I will absolutely be shopping for a new carrier once these device credits expire. Both phones are signed into the same Apple account. Both phones have iMessage enabled for iCloud. Both phones show their own phone number plus the other's phone number in SETTINGS > NAME, PHONE NUMBERS, EMAIL. The ATT phone shows the Xfinity phone under TEXT MESSAGE FORWARDING. The Xfinity phone shows the ATT phone under TEXT MESSAGE FORWARDING.
I couldn't fall asleep, so I contacted Xfinity Mobile. They verified my order number, 15 Pro Max Blue, the carrier id now shows Standard Over Night Deliver, carrier FDXNP (fedex), Delivery Date is still 9/22 by 1:30 PM. Also said that I should receive an email from Xfinity within an hour with more information.
