Bass Anglers Sportsman Society Publication date is an approximation - I was able to find evidence that BASS used an older logo (with the acronym spelled out on the shield body) in 2000, but had definitely changed over to this one (or at least one visually similar) by 2005.

A new logo was unveiled and the team colors were changed from the traditional red, white and blue to a lighter shade of blue, black and bronze, the same colors as the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL), also owned by Pollin and changed from red, white and blue before the 1995–96 season.
This image or logo only consists of typefaces, individual words, slogans, or simple geometric shapes. These are not eligible for copyright alone because they are not original enough, and thus the logo is considered to be in the public domain.
