Make a virtual camera with the Omegle site as a source (make a scene with window source to your web browser, crop it to only show the stranger part) use virtual camera filter on that scene and in snapcam you pick that virtual camera as source, then add snapcam as a source in obs to show the result in the scene you want
The Minichat app's UI/ and Minichat dot com's Websocket API show you the firstName value your interlocutor has set, often in their remote identity provider (VKontakt or Facebook at time of writing). Appears Google Play store is unaffected, but Android makes it much simpler to install apps other ways that it doesn't matter.

Bad Kitty's Dad, LDA's chat systems include ome dot tv, minichat dot com, chatruletka, chatrulez, and some other obscure brands. Use a segregated browser and delete it when you get banned, be sure to wipe anything that could connect you to the banned instance of yourself prior to changing anything else.
