The problem here is, somehow, signing in with the first profile keep making you sign out when restart Chrome, so don't do this, just leave this profile without an account and create other profiles to sign in. Probably delete all the created profiles then doing from the 4th step also solve the problem, but I went for an overkill just for sure.
