They somehow got my cell phone number and it comes up as blocked on my phone. I can't not answer it because some of my business contacts come up as blocked. When I asked how they got this number they say they got it from Hilton because I stayed at a Hilton in the past 3 years. Its true that I stay at Hiltons, but I never gave Hilton my cell phone.
Original Poster. Join Date: Aug 2004. Location: LAX. Programs: UA GS, Marriott Plat, SPG Plat, Hertz Presidents Circle. Posts: 876. Hilton Honors Diamond Telephone Number. HH hasn't yet sent me the Diamond card (and I've been Diamond since last year). I only have the gold card, but the service I get from HH Gold leaves a lot to be desired.
Posts: 2,612. Can Someone Else Use My Hilton Honors Number So That I Can Get Points? A co-worker of mine told me that he books rooms in his name (using his Diamond status) for family and friends. This way they get the Diamond benefits (upgraded rooms, free breakfast) and he gets the points/nights.
I actually had good experience today with Hilton. I called the 800 number from my cell phone. Since they have it on record, they immediately knew I was Diamond and switched me to the Diamond Desk. No endless menus or waits. I actually spoke to real human beings. But I guess being in the US is a lot easier than being in Europe or Great Britain.
