  2. o2 Customer Service. — MoneySavingExpert Forum

    forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6541050/o2-customer-service

Years ago had a terrible time with o2 customer service where they continually lied to me. Currently back with them despite myself as they offer the best solution for my needs. Three customer service were very helpful anytime I needed to speak to them. Lebara are, in my experience, laughably bad but cheap. 😉.

    forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6521864/amazon-closed-my-account-i-am...

I have made 3 attempts to get an explanation - 3 long conversations with customer service people, explaining why I really need to know exactly how I 'violated the terms', as I fear my account must have been hacked, resulting in dismissive emails after the first two and silence after the third.

    forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3124302/aa-renewal-rip-off

AA renewal rip off. I recently got an AA breakdown insurance quote of £113.50. This covers roadside and relay with a complementary home start. I went onto the AA web site and found I could get the same cover for £105 and if I take off the complementary home start It would go down to £69. I rang them and the best renewal they could offer was ...

15 October 2021 at 9:10PM. I sent an email to the address given for complaints to Amazon (complaints@amazon.co.uk) only to get a response that the address is not currently accepting emails! Does anyone know how I can contact them. Their usual Customer Service options have been a waste of time.

  7. My HomeCare with Bristish Gas has increased by £100

    forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6543354/my-homecare-with-bristish-gas...

Only difference is that excess is £95 as opposed to £60 with British Gas; though there is an option to reduce excess to £60 for a monthly premium of £14. This would still be cheaper than my Premium for British Gas Homecare 2 was last year. Reviews online for YourRepair.com are good, so hopefully service will be in line with British Gas.

  8. How to complain to Ticketmaster? — MoneySavingExpert Forum

    forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6534742/how-to-complain-to-ticketmaster

And got seats much further back than we had hoped. I have been trawling the Ticketmaster website for a complaints email address but can't find one. Only a "chat" option which doesn't have an option for making a complaint (surprise, surprise). Does anyone know how to lodge a complaint with Ticketmaster.

  9. How Can I Contact Tesco Customer Service? - MoneySavingExpert...

    forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/639341

fender Posts: 229 Forumite. 17 December 2007 at 4:35PM. I note that Tesco (for some odd reason) does not have an email or standard tel no for contacting its customer services dept. This means you either have to write them a letter or call a higher rate telephone no.

She has gone down the email/ Twitter/Facebook route as well and still no reply. The website is up and running.
