Promoting the Toastmasters’ Pathways Education Program. Providing and promoting training for all club officers. Supporting club quality and member retention. Supervising and coordinating district-wide speech contests. Planning, organizing, and directing the annual District Conference.

There are over 200 Toastmasters clubs in District 18 which hold meetings in a variety of locations, ranging from corporations to colleges to restaurants to local community centers.
