If you want to set the viewing area and coordinate axes to use precise pixel dimensions, you have to 1) decompress the GGB file, 2) modify the decompressed XML file by hand, and 3) recompress everything again. It's a serious pain in the a**. Unfortunately, GeoGebra is the only program out there with its capabilities.
