Corky Row Historic District is a historic district located in Fall River, Massachusetts bounded by Plymouth Avenue, Interstate-195 and Second Street. The district contains many early multi-family mill tenement houses, along with the Davol Mills, the Tecumseh Mill No. 1 and several commercial properties.
In 2006, the buildings interior was completed gutted and renovated, and subsequently converted into 15 one-bedroom loft apartments with ground-floor retail space, and the building was renamed G Lofts. [3] [4] The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 15, 1982. [1]
The original Nevins Home remained in operation from 1906 until 1997 when it was renovated to provide 44 studio and one bedroom HUD-subsidized apartments for the elderly. A much larger modern nursing care facility was constructed behind the original structure.

Truesdale Hospital is a historic former hospital building located at 1820 Highland Avenue in Fall River, Massachusetts. It was built in 1920 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986. It has since been converted into apartments, known as The Highlands. [2]
