Flagler College is a private liberal arts college in St. Augustine, Florida. It was founded in 1968 and offers 37 undergraduate majors and two master's programs. [ 3 ] It also had a campus in Tallahassee from 2000-2024.
This branch campus of Flagler College was the outcome of a combined effort between former Tallahassee Community College President T. K. Wetherell and past Flagler College President, and current Chancellor, William L. Proctor; the two were longtime colleagues, knowing each other from Wetherell's time playing for the Florida State Seminoles where Proctor served as assistant football coach.

Flagler College was founded in 1968 and its athletics teams started in the 1973–74 academic year. The first sports at Flagler were: men's and women's basketball, men's cross country, men's soccer, slow-pitch softball, men's and women's tennis, volleyball and baseball.
