To maximize production and gain more gold, there's 3 hero that you need to level up and skill up. First hero is Orange the Merchant. Make him reach level 50 and maximize all his skills. For starter, skill 1, 2 and 3 should be 10. Remember, this hero is very rare. Second hero is Blue Fur Trader. Make him level 50 and all skill should be level 10.
Virtue medals are awarded at the end of the Clash of Provinces 4 weeks season based on your performance. You can use these in the inventory to turn them into virtue points.
