The City provides high quality water and sewer utility services to more than 19,000 homes and businesses throughout the community. We issue bills quarterly for the water and sewer each customer uses.
Eagan's Building Inspections Division reviews plans, issues permits, and performs site inspections. Permits are required to ensure construction and repair work is done correctly and complies with the Minnesota State Building Code.

2024 Election Dates. General Election: November 5, 2024. Absentee voting begins September 20*. Vote absentee in-person at Eagan City Hall or vote by mail. Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Direct balloting (voters place ballot directly into tabulator) begins October 18**. Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
