TIDEL Park is an information technology (IT) park in Chennai, India. It is located on Rajiv Gandhi Salai in the southern suburb of Taramani. The building was developed by the Tamil Nadu government agencies TIDCO and ELCOT. It was opened in 2000, and was amongst the first and largest IT parks in South Asia.
The third TIDEL Park is located on the Chennai–Tiruvallur High Road in Pattabiram, Avadi a western suburb of Chennai. The idea of this TIDEL park was conceived in 2016 by the then Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa and a 45-acre plot was selected at the suburb. [2] The construction began in 2020 and was completed in 2024.
