Ozzy Osbourne was fired from Black Sabbath on 27 April 1979, primarily due to his problems with alcohol and drug abuse. [1] The vocalist subsequently rehearsed with a range of musicians in an attempt to form his own band, including guitarists Gary Moore of Thin Lizzy and George Lynch of Dokken, [2] [3] bassist Dana Strum, [4] and drummers Dixie Lee of Lone Star and Dave Potts of Praying Mantis.
The video was directed by Mark Szumski and Gina Niespodziani, and released on YouTube the same day. [5] The video starts with the duo playing an arcade video game, as that used to be a frequent hobby of Lemmy. [5] Guitarist Zakk Wylde said about them: "Lemmy was buddies with Ozzy forever.
John DeServio, who was a friend of Zakk's [21] and worked as a temporary replacement in Pride & Glory, played bass for the first Black Label Society tour. DeServio became a permanent member of the band in 2005. [22] Zakk Wylde has since released 11 studio albums, 3 live albums, and 6 compilation albums with Black Label Society. [23]

Live at Budokan is a CD/DVD combination released by heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne on 25 June 2002. It was recorded at the Nippon Budokan on 15 February 2002 in Tokyo, Japan.
"Stillborn" is a song by American heavy metal band Black Label Society from the album The Blessed Hellride. It was also released as a single. Zakk Wylde's own vocal style also became quite similar to Ozzy Osbourne's for this record, while Osbourne was featured in the song on chorus singing with Wylde the lines, "The feelings I once felt are now Dead and gone.
