The Sonatina in G major is a composition for solo piano attributed to Ludwig van Beethoven (listed as Anh. 5 No. 1 in the Kinsky–Halm Catalogue). The work was published in Hamburg, Germany, after Beethoven's death; its authenticity is doubtful, as it uses styles not previously seen in Beethoven's oeuvre.
"Gertrude's Dream Waltz" (German: '"Gertruds Traumwalzer"') is a waltz in B-flat major for solo piano which was attributed by its first publisher to Ludwig van Beethoven. It is catalogued as Anhang 16, nr. 2 in the Kinsky-Halm Catalogue of Beethoven fragments, attributions and works without opus number. [1]

The minuet is in incipient ternary form, A-A-B-A, a type of song form as differentiated from other, such as the binary song form in the format A-B, the ternary A-B-A, or the rondo, A-B-A-C-A or an alternate form but with the "A" theme repeating after each new theme in the sequence of themes.
