Its leaves are arranged alternately along the stems, narrowly egg-shaped, narrowly elliptical to broadly egg-shaped, 10.5–50 mm (0.41–1.97 in) long and 4–26 mm (0.16–1.02 in) wide on a petiole 1.5–4.5 mm (0.059–0.177 in) long.
