Marten Toonder (2 May 1912 – 27 July 2005) was a Dutch comic strip creator. He was probably the most successful comic artist in the Netherlands and had a great influence on the Dutch language by introducing new words and expressions. [1] [2] He is most famous for his series Tom Puss and Panda.
Paul Kusters (born 19 April 1966) is a Dutch cartoonist and visual artist. His cartoons have been published in various national and regional Dutch newspapers since the 1990s. He drew weekly media cartoons for de Volkskrant for 15 years. He also made cartoons for Het Financieele Dagblad for 10 years.

Peter van Straaten (25 March 1935 – 8 December 2016) was a Dutch cartoonist and comics artist. He is best known for his political cartoons as well as his satirical observations of everyday people. He also had a newspaper comic strip Vader & Zoon, which ran in Het Parool for almost two decades.
