They originally started as the first American distribution arm for SNK (before SNK of America was founded in 1987). They were known for licensing arcade games from major makers for distribution.
Reception for both games was mostly positive noting them as "solid action titles" that will "appeal to fans of the old-school Ghosts 'n Goblins games". [5] Reviewers also praised the additional playable character which played differently enough to warrant a second playthrough.
