He led his high school to three New Jersey state championships and was one of the most sought after high school lacrosse players in the United States. He starred as a member of the Princeton Tigers men's lacrosse team from 2005 through 2008.
The New Jersey Saints were one of the founding teams in the Eagle Pro Box Lacrosse League (renamed in 1989 to the Major Indoor Lacrosse League, and then again in 1998 to the National Lacrosse League). They played at the Brendan Byrne Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The Saints won the 1988 Eagle Pro championship.
