Yesterday, the Paint 3d app worked perfectly fine. However, now whenever I try to use the "Open with Paint 3d" option when you right click an image, it tells me "You'll need a new app to open this ms-paint link" (see attached image). P aint 3D: Open Paint 3D and select the brush from the top toolbar,then you will get the Color picker on the right pane as shown in the screenshot. Select the color picker and drag it on the photo to select the color and then use the brush to use the selected color on the other area of the photo. We await your response. Aditya Roy
Paint 3D is a modern app, which doesn't use executables like older classic applications. If you want to associate file formats with Paint 3D as the default, you have to do the following. If I right click on a .JPG or .PNG file, Paint 3D does not appear, even if I select Chooese Another App, More Apps and then scroll down. However, Paint 3D does appear in the Start Menu listing of all programs.
