    Try saving it as a PDF/X-1a, that may fix it. I don't have Acrobat standard, but I think you can do this, go to Tools> Print Production> Save-as PDF/X> (settings) PDF/X-1a. If you are still having problems with this specific PDF, try placing it into InDesign and exporting to a new PDF. Thanks for the reply!
