Dulquer Salmaan is an Indian actor, playback singer and film producer who works predominantly in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films.He graduated with a bachelor's degree in business management from Purdue University and worked as a business manager in Dubai before pursuing a career in acting.
Dulquer Salmaan was born on 28 July 1983/1986 in Kochi. [15] He is the youngest son of the actor Mammootty.He completed his primary level education at Toc-H Public School, Vyttila, Kochi and his secondary level education at Sishya School in Chennai. [16]

The film was released on 28 February 2020 worldwide, along with its Telugu-dubbed version, titled Kanulu Kanulanu Dochayante. Dulquer is a recipient of several awards including, five Filmfare Awards South, a South Indian International Movie Award, a Kerala Film Critics Association Award and a Kerala State Film Award. After a three-month acting course at the Barry John Acting Studio, Salmaan made his acting debut with Second Show (2012).
The film was dubbed in Marathi as Shambhar Divas Premache and released on B4U Marathi YouTube Channel, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu and Hindi with the same name. Telugu dubbing rights were bought by Abhishek Pictures, who released the film across Andhra Pradesh , Telangana , Karnataka among several other states on 26 August 2016.
The film received mixed to positive reviews and was a commercial success at the box office. Deepa Soman of The Times of India rated the movie 3 out of 5 stating: "The premise in itself might not be new, but the makers have managed to keep it quite entertaining."
