Oddfellows Casino (2010) Oddfellow's Casino live at St George's Church, Brighton Sept 30th 2021 Oddfellows Casino are an English band based in Brighton. Odd Fellows (or Oddfellows; also Odd Fellowship or Oddfellowship [1]) is an international fraternity consisting of lodges first documented in 1730 in London. [ 2 ] [ 3 ] The first known lodge was called Loyal Aristarcus Lodge No. 9, suggesting there were earlier ones in the 18th century.
Oddfellows was released on January 29, 2013, through Ipecac Recordings, [2] the label owned by Patton. [3] The album had been completed for several months by this point, but its release date was moved back as the band's members did not have time to promote an earlier release. [6]
In late 2012, the band began playing their first live shows since 2003. [13] [14] On December 3, 2012, a full-length video for first single, "Stone Letter", was posted online. [19] Oddfellows was released January 29, 2013. [20] The band were scheduled to play in Mexico for the first time on March 21, 2014 but withdrew due to an illness. [21]
