William Charles McNulty (1884–1963) was an American artist, who created realistic etchings and drawings of New York. [1] He was born in Ogden, Utah. He studied art in 1908 and 1909 at the Art Students League in New York, where he also later taught. He was a successful editorial cartoonist for the Seattle Star.
