Toyota Racing Development (also known by its abbreviation TRD) is the in-house tuning shop for all Toyota and Lexus (and formerly Scion) cars. TRD is responsible both for improving street cars for more performance and supporting Toyota's racing interests around the world.
The Toyota Tundra is a full-size pickup truck manufactured in the United States by the Japanese manufacturer Toyota since May 1999. The Tundra was the second full-size pickup to be built by a Japanese manufacturer (the first was the Toyota T100), but the Tundra was the first full-size pickup from a Japanese manufacturer to be built in North America.

As I understand there are really two TRD's, TRD USA and Toyota Technocraft. While TRD USA focusses on NASCAR, off-road racing with the Toyota Tundra and it supports the Lexus GT3 program. Toyota Technocraft is big in Japan building Toyota/Lexus racecars such as the Lexus GT3/GT300/GT500 and several Toyota cup cars.
Since then Toyota introduced the Toyota Tundra pickup truck and soon afterwards produced a very limited number of trucks as the Ivan Stewart Ironman edition. These trucks featured a special Ivan Stewart signature package with Toyota Racing Development ( TRD ) wheels, grille, interior, and supercharger .
The 2015 Toyota Tundra 250 was the 4th stock car race of the 2015 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and the 15th iteration of the event. The race was held on Friday, May 8, 2015, in Kansas City, Kansas at Kansas Speedway, a 1.5 mile (2.4 km) permanent tri-oval shaped racetrack. The race took the scheduled 167 laps to complete.
