Zhao Qiguo (Chinese: 赵其国; 25 February 1930 – 3 January 2023) was a Chinese soil scientist, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. [1] He was president of the Soil Science Society of China from 1987 to 1995.

In 2007, he received the Overseas and Hong Kong, Macau Young Scholars Award by the National Science Foundation of China. In 2015, he received the 2nd Prize of Scientific Technological Advancement Award by the State Council of China [5] and in 2020, he was the recipient of National Natural Science Award by the State Council of China.
