Boler Mountain, previously known as the London Ski Club, is a not for profit recreation club in London, Ontario.The mountain is located in the western suburban neighbourhood of Byron and is used for skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter and for mountain biking, hiking, zip lining, and beach volleyball in the summer.
Mountain High now operates the North Resort as a ski school, tubing and snow play area to relieve congestion at the West Resort, but has not yet installed snowmaking equipment there. Table Mountain has been used previously as a U.S. Geologic Survey site and a Smithsonian Museum site. Mountain High was sold to Oaktree Capital Management in 1997. [4]

Chicopee Ski & Summer Resort (formerly "Chicopee Ski Club" [citation needed]) is a winter and summer recreation club in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada, founded December 29, 1934 (89 years ago) (), [2] [3] as a not-for-profit organisation on 165 acres (0.67 km 2). The Chicopee ski hill has a maximum vertical drop of 200 ft (61 m).
The area's development as a ski destination began in 1924 with the formation of the Toronto Ski Club. Progress accelerated in 1935 when the Blue Mountain Ski Club, later renamed the Collingwood Ski Club, opened in the area and the first ski trails were developed on the escarpment, Granny, Schuss, and Kandahar, were cut into the Niagara Escarpment.
In 1989, Medonte Mountain (another ski club on the north western arm of the U-shaped series of hills) was purchased by Horseshoe Valley and turned into a new private area called Heights of Horseshoe. [2] This private area is used for family skiing and a built out has been developed in the area.
The Georgian Peaks Club Georgian Peaks is a private alpine ski resort located on the Niagara Escarpment just outside Thornbury, Ontario . It has the highest vertical drop of any resort in Ontario, at 820 feet (250 m), [ 1 ] enough to allow it to host official FIS -standard slalom and giant slalom races.
The ski mountain is the flagship attraction at Holiday Valley. Today, the entire mountain holds 56 slopes and 13 ski lifts. Despite its relatively small size, the resort has experienced consistent growth since opening in 1958. Two hotels, the Inn at Holiday Valley and the Tamarack Club opened in which both hold condominiums and hotel rooms.
